The responses showed us that attorneys place a high priority on client service and integrity as traits best embodied by their firms – and that they would like to see a greater emphasis on training and mentoring. We also took the traits our survey-takers valued most highly and matched them with the traits held by the firms they said they most admired, to see which firms come out on top.
