(September 29, 2023, 12:55 PM EDT) -- CLAYTON, Mo. — A state court judge in Missouri on Sept. 28 verbally granted Monsanto Co.’s motion for a directed verdict, ending a lawsuit in which a man alleged that he developed cancer from exposure to the herbicide Roundup, which contains the active ingredient glyphosate.
