(P&G) in a case alleging that “flushable” wipes made by a number of manufacturers clog sewer systems across the country; the settlement requires P&G products to meet certain flushability specifications as long as more lenient requirements are not provided to other manufacturers and circumstances such as supply chain issues don’t render the compliance deadline “unworkable.”...
