South Carolina Says PFAS Makers Liable For Pollution, Misleading The Public

DuPont de Nemours & Co. in state court alleging that they are liable for damages related to contamination of drinking water with per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) and that the companies misled the public and government regulators by “consistently and publicly denying that their PFAS products presented any harm to human health or the environment.”...
