LOUIS, Ill. — Pesticide manufacturers filed a reply brief in Illinois federal court arguing that it needs to issue a case management order (CMO) to govern the issue of deceased plaintiffs in the multidistrict litigation for injuries allegedly caused by exposure to paraquat, contending that plaintiffs’ counsel has used “signatures” of dead plaintiffs in some of the cases filed in the MDL.
