Hearing Held On Holmes Witness’s Visit; Sentencing Still On For Nov. 18

Mealey's (October 18, 2022, 12:27 PM EDT) -- SAN JOSE, Calif. — After a 74-minute hearing on Elizabeth Holmes’ challenge of a government witness in her fraud conviction, a California federal judge on Oct. 17 said he will wait for the parties to submit post-hearing briefs by Oct. 24 but he also said Holmes’ sentencing for fraud in connection with blood-testing startup Theranos Inc. is still set for Nov. 18....
