Mealey's (July 18, 2022, 2:10 PM EDT) -- NEW YORK — A New York justice on June 24 granted in part and denied in part a motion for partial summary judgment brought by the National Hockey League, NHL Board of Governors and NHL Enterprises Inc. in their declaratory judgment lawsuit seeking commercial general liability insurance coverage for underlying concussion lawsuits brought by former hockey players, declaring that the insurers have a duty to pay reasonable underlying defense costs provided the defense costs be allocated between the NHL and the insurers using a method to be determined after further briefing....
