Maryland Court Rejects Class Action Claims Against ATM Operator Regarding Third-Party Fees

LexisNexis ( October 19, 2017, 12:59 PM EDT) -- A recent case from Maryland confirms that an ATM operator is not required to disclose the amount of fees that another party (such as the financial institution at which the cardholder has his or her account) may charge.  The case, Alston v. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., 2016  U.S. Dist. LEXIS 103026 (D.
